STEP 1

본인이 가장 좋아하는 꽃과 좋아하는 이유에 대해 이야기해 주세요.

장미는 내가 가장 좋아하는 꽃이다. 특별한 이유가 있기보다는 그냥 장미의 향이 좋고, 예뻐서 좋다. 붉은색 장미만 있는 것은 아니다. 흰색, 노란색 등 디양한 색의 장미가 있다. 장미를 여러 송이 모아서 꽃다발을 만들면 정말 예쁘다. 안개꽃과 함께 어우러지면 더 예쁘다. 장미를 선물로 받으면 기분이 정말좋다.

Roses are the flowers I like most. There's no particular reason. I just like their smell, and the way they look. Roses aren't just red in color. There are roses in all sorts of colors, like white or yellow. Flower bouquets made with several roses are really pretty. They look good with babies' breath. It feels great to receive roses as a gift.

꽃은 보편적인 선물이다. 우리나라에서는 생일, 졸업식, 병문인 등의 특별한 행사 때 꽃 선물이 빠지지 않는다. 꽃마다 각자 고유의 꽃말이 있어서 의미를 더해 주기도 한다. 한국은 곳곳에서 꽃집을 쉽게 발견할 수 있고, 심지어 요즘에는 조그만 꽃다발을 파는 자판기도 있다. 꽃꽃이를 취미로 배우는 사람들도 많다. 꽃꽃이를 하면 마음이 편해지고 행복감을 얻게 된다.
